- Assisting employers across various industries with securing H-1, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1 and J-1 visas and green cards for their key employees
- Developing visa strategies for entrepreneurs opening new offices in the United States
- Representing biotechnology clients in securing approved “outstanding researcher” petitions to facilitate permanent residence for key scientists
- Advising a large Massachusetts-based institution in securing an O-1 “extraordinary ability” visa for one of the world’s leading theologians
- Defending PERM labor certifications in Department of Labor audits
- Advising corporations on the U.S. immigration consequences of mergers and acquisitions
- Preparing immigration policies and advising corporations on the scope of permissible pre-hire questions in connection with visa sponsorship and IRCA compliance
- Representing corporations in Department of Labor H-1B/LCA audits and obtaining a dismissal of an H-1B/LCA audit in the Boston area
